The Italian shipyard <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/162" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Codecasa S.p.A. (Company)">Codecasa</a> has announced the successful delivery of the 43-metre superyacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/6607" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Boji43.0m (141'1&quot;)Codecasa S.p.A.2022">Boji</a>. The fully custom superyacht features a steel hull and aluminium superstructure and has been designed in full by the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/162" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Codecasa S.p.A. The owner was represented by surveyor George Tsokris of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5650" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Navinco Ltd. (Company)">Navinco</a>, while <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/307" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Torrance Yachts (Company)">Torrance Yachts</a> broker Tassos Papantoniou managed the sale of the vessel earlier this year.

Codecasa has announced the launch of their 43m custom-made displacement yacht Boji.

Earlier this week, the 74-metre Amels 242 Limited Editions superyacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/7213" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Synthesis74.0m (242'9&quot;)Amels2021">Synthesis</a> set off from the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1821" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Damen Yachting (Company)">Damen Yachting</a> shipyard in Vlissingen to begin her worldwide cruise. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/183967/image/large-a9b22969b47f47c1a5f6d46c56680745.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/183967">Her experienced owner is a repeat <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/18" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Amels (Company)">Amels</a> client and has customised <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/7213" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Synthesis74.0m (242'9&quot;)Amels2021">Synthesis</a> to feature a dedicated owner's deck with foredeck Jacuzzi and unique dining and entertaining layouts on multiple decks. The option to move away from the 'traditional' layout also allowed for a large aft deck swimming pool and a lower-deck wellness spa that is connected to both the indoors and out with direct access to the swim platform.&nbsp;With <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1821" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Damen Yachting (Company)">Damen Yachting</a> behind the yacht's naval architecture, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Tim Heywood Design Ltd. (Company)">Tim Heywood</a> worked on the exterior and <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/69" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Winch Design (Company)">Winch Design</a> was appointed to realise the custom interior. At 1,790 GT, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/7213" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Synthesis74.0m (242'9&quot;)Amels2021">Synthesis</a>&nbsp;has space to accommodate up to 12 guests in six staterooms plus 19 crew. It is fantastic to see such an amazing product come together after what hasn’t been the easiest of times given the global circumstances.” Also on the owner's team was <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/307" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Torrance Yachts (Company)">Torrance Yachts</a>, who sold the project and went on to manage the build along with project managers <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5650" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Navinco Ltd.
