Brokerage Deal of the Week: the 41m superyacht Tania T

Late April Caserta entrepreneur Antonio Crispino, together with several Russian businessmen, took on the challenge to rebuilt the historical Ship Angara (ex Hela). Mario Grasso of Navirex and Francesco Rogantin are in charge of the Naval Architecture and Engineering of this massive rebuilt project, which is coordinated by Project Manager Fausto Corradini. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/135996/image/large-c59b237b87be215070525a0ba85d71cb.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/135996">The Ship, designed in 1938, came into service in 1940 as the headquarter vessel of the Third Reich Navy submarines fleet commander. During these less glamorous days she was used as one of the German government yachts. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/135997/image/large-802110dfb7bb6446c4497acfd1ee97aa.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/135997">In 1946 the ship was commandeered by the Soviet Union, and used as Government Yacht by Stalin, Kruscev, Breznev and Gagarin. Fallen into despair after the fall of Berlin wall, she was abandoned up to 2007 when Mr. Crispino bought her from the Russian Navy, with the intent of refitting her into a yacht, for both private and charter use. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/135998/image/large-18a2057df26590b03fe0f0abf3e56614.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/135998">Her engines will be completely renewed, with a diesel-electric configuration with shaft lines and controllable pitch propellers. With this solution, she will cruise at 15 knots, and will be able to reach a maximum speed of 20 knots. The yacht will accommodate up to 12 guests and a crew of 20. Her exterior design will only be altered slightly compared to the original design, however her interior will be completely renewed, and will include a huge main salon measuring 25 by 10 metres. Central agents Jan-Jaap Minnema and Vassilis Fotilas of Fraser Yachts Monaco have just announced the sale of the 44 metre superyacht H2ome, only two months after she was listed for sale. Superyacht H2ome for sale through Fraser Yachts

<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1517" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="L'Instant IV 33.0m (108'3&quot;)">Margherita</a> is a 33-metre superyacht, built in 2009 by the Italian yard Costruzioni Navali Tigullio, to a design and naval architecture by Navirex of Mario Grasso. The yacht features a large flybridge, which includes a comfortable seating area, a large sunbathing area, and plenty of storage for a tender and toys.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/131156/image/large-4eb2bb5a251675ba9870eea6bfa3649c.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/131156">The main deck features a large main saloon, with an open plan formal dining area for up to 10 guests. Forward of the main saloon, past the stairs leading up to the raised pilothouse, is the owner’s cabin. Superyacht Berzinc leaving Monaco

Early March the 43m <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1356">Berzinc</a> was launched from Scheepswerf Balk in Urk. After almost 2 years in the building shed she will soon set sail to Turkey were the last details of her refit, or better to say rebuilding, will be completed. In the Autumn of 2004 <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1356">Berzinc</a> arrived at Scheepswerf Balk from Genoa, Italy. Before being renamed by her current owner she was named Maxime Z and she was laid up along the Italian coast and her future didn’t looked too bright until her current owner bought her. After arrival in Urk she was dry-docked and completely stripped. Navirex of Genoa redesigned her profile and three meters were added to her stern to house a new swimming platform. Also the superstructure the fly and sun deck were lengthened for more space.
