Onboard Marine is a new company based in the Netherlands which is specialized in moving and rotating parts on board superyachts, with experience in yachts from fifteen up to 164 metres. This includes, but is not limited to, thrusters, steering gear, gangways, deck cranes, boarding platforms and more.
In all areas of the yachting process, Onboard Marine has extensive expertise. Whether it's engineering, production or sales, the co-workers at Onboard Marine have years of industry experience behind us and we know precisely what the owner's representative or construction captain expects from the supplier.
With Onboard Marine, an appointment is really an appointment. We will always meet the intended delivery time, providing services of the highest quality. Of course, we not do this alone: we work with the Creme de la Creme from the superyacht industry, whether it’s paint specialists, teak specialists or stainless steel specialists, we will achieve the perfect end product and surpass your expectations.
Onboard Marine supplies from a single gas spring up to a fully integrated system (a custom- built and stand-alone solution), and we also have our own engineering and production department. We offer international installation and services from new build, to refit projects. Rest assured, we take care of the entire process, from the first customer request up to the commissioning of a system.
Four pillars provide the foundation of Onboard Marine:
1. The refit of existing boarding equipment. Regardless of the fabric, Onboard Marine approach these projects hands on. For half the price of a new product we refit the existing one personally: every bolt goes through our hands. If it’s not good, we’ll replace it - hydraulic, electrical and more, everything gets an update for a finished product which is better than new.
2. The new delivery of boarding equipment, for new and refitted yachts. Onboard Marine designs, manufactures, supplies and installs by appointment. Together with the customer, the color, teak, lighting is chosen to create a custom-built product.
3. A partnership with Muir anchoring systems. Muir provides the world's best anchoring systems and has chosen Onboard Marine as her strategic partner: a partnership to be proud of!
4. Complete system engineering, including delivery. Onboard Marine is your partner when it comes to electric hydraulic driven equipment. It starts with the design of the central hydraulic power unit (HPU) or any stand-alone powerpack. This system design includes the, PLC-controlled e-cabinet, but the control panels can also have one, forming an integral part of our system. The delivery of the system is our core-business. We build, test and install this by our self-built systems.
