The first hull of the 40-metre yacht, Falcon Legacy, is currently under construction at the shipyard in Pisa. Featuring naval architecture and exterior designs by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/536" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Maiora (Company)">Maiora</a>, the Italian shipyard collaborated closely with Centro Stile Maiora and the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2116" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Quartostile (Company)">Quartostile</a> design studio to develop a model that maintains the stylistic lines unique to <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/536" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Maiora (Company)">Maiora</a> motor yachts.<img src="/uploads/store/photo/80774/image/large-7e15f4c2e230fa83b6106e1e7161f14f.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/80774">Registered as a yacht under 24-metres, the Maiora 30 Walk-Around has an overall length of 30.5 metres and a width of 7.50 metres, making her the largest yacht in her category. Following the Maiora 36, the first yacht to be completed as part of the NewSeries which launched in 2018, Maiora 30’s internal volume and external space have been maximised to make her dimensions comparable to those of a 35-metre yacht.&nbsp;Designed by the Turin-based studio <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5047" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Fossati Design Bureau (Company)">Fossati Design Bureau</a>, the Maiora 30 Walk-Around showcases interior designs that perfectly reflect the owner’s desire for a bright and sober ambience with a touch of warmth and hospitality. The materials combine white brushed oak for the main covering with leather doors and ceilings, harmonised by matt brass inserts.&nbsp;<img src="/uploads/store/photo/80773/image/large-9fa68e0c98dbfddb54ea0d9d176f1979.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/80773">2.15-metre tall windows allow profuse sunlight to flood the interior, brightening the space up and allowing guests to enjoy the view from indoors. The main deck provides space to comfortably seat up to 10 guests in the dining area, although guests can also choose to lounge in the airy saloon, large sofa area or chaise longue.<img src="/uploads/store/photo/80769/image/large-85a97ee3c34c956b1dcb9f1c1fbb328a.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/80769">Across her four cabins, the Maiora 30 Walk-Around can sleep up to nine guests. The master suite, situated on the main deck, has been strategically designed to allow the owner to enjoy the spectacular view from the comfort of their bed and contains a vanity which can alternatively be converted into a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with twin sinks.&nbsp;<img src="/uploads/store/photo/80772/image/large-d85199cee96277c02ba454d1551f6ae1.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/80772"><img src="/uploads/store/photo/80771/image/large-9c78bada155e5e217c0abea5562db053.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/80771"><img src="/uploads/store/photo/80767/image/large-03d3deff397078c493c2fa38d980cb3a.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/80767">The owner’s second full-beam stateroom, located on the lower deck, comes completed with an en-suite and spacious wardrobes. Two further guest cabins, also equipped with en-suite bathrooms and wardrobes, can also transform the area into a four-cabin layout, with two VIP cabins and two guest cabins.&nbsp;Up to five crew members can be accommodated on board the Maiora 30 Walk-Around. To provide guests with utmost privacy, the crew can access the galley from a separate entrance which also leads to the lower deck.<img src="/uploads/store/photo/81621/image/large-0e0803d9147eb74e57ef8d27a60f7ff1.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/81621">The Maiora 30 Walk-Around provides abundant space for guests to relax on the optimised ‘walk-around’ flybridge which is completely open to the bow and accessible without doors or steps, thus seamlessly blending the aft area of the flybridge with the bow. The sun deck comprises a sunbathing area and dining space as well as a custom-built hot tub at the stern of the yacht alongside a bar and a dining table for up to 10 people.<img src="/uploads/store/photo/81622/image/large-9f15b4029c5585b0f94485b63cbdf38d.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/81622">In addition, a garage is located aft and is capable of housing a 4.20-metre tender. To guarantee easy access on board to all guests using wheelchairs or strollers, the ‘easy access’ solution provides an entrance through the saloon where the owner’s cabin can also be reached.&nbsp;Equipped with double diesel-fuelled <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1408" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Caterpillar Inc (Company)">Caterpillar</a> C32 Acert engines, the Maiora 30 Walk-Around reaches a maximum speed of 25 knots and cruises at 22 knots with a range of 1,150 nautical miles at 10 knots. Thanks to her efficient hull and dynamic stabilisation system - two active stabilising fins which comprise an electric actuation and ‘zero speed’ function - maximum onboard comfort is guaranteed when cruising or at anchor.

First look: Maiora 30 superyacht revealed

Launched in July as the Fipa Group’s first completed unit in its newly designed ‘NEWSERIES’ of motor yachts, the 36-metre Harmony leads the way for the Italian brand that will see a range of yacht measuring between 26 and 46 metre in length be unveiled.<img alt="" src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/166674/image/large-0992b4f179a9369e70a8b9369758fa99.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/166674" class="legacy"><img alt="" src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/166675/image/large-64929c56e02ae35fe350c0a2a4c30222.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/166675" class="legacy">The yacht’s design is the collaboration between Maiora’s in-house Style Centre and Turin-based studio Quartostile. The studio’s background in the automotive sector is a clear inspiration behind Harmony's sporty and ‘wind-shaped’ lines. Her generous beam of 8.2 metres is well hidden by the sleek and elegant profile while underway, but will certainly stand out when moored in port alongside yachts of a similar length.<img alt="" src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/166676/image/large-ee05e38f125337cbb6004d76a6d7f00a.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/166676" class="legacy">The impressive width provided plenty of room inside for the design team to experiment with different colours and textures throughout the yacht. At a fast-cruising pace she will reach 750 nm, more than enough for easy trips in the Med. First look: inside Maiora’s new 36m Harmony

The Fipa Group launched their new Maiora 36 superyacht yesterday in Italy. Available in both RPH and tri-deck versions, the series is designed in collaboration with Quartostile. Named Harmony, the first unit of the series is the RPH flybridge version.

On board she accommodates guests across a four cabin layout consisting of two VIP and two twin cabins. The launch was attended by the owner and his family under a bright blue sky in Viareggio, Italy. The shipyard reports that upon leaving Carrara Harbour yesterday, the new vessel managed to reach a top speed of 30 knots - 3 knots above the anitcipated top speed of 27 knots.

Another new superyacht design concept has been released, this time by Quartostile, an Italian design firm, known for their work in the automotive as well as the superyacht world. Quartostile unveils 70 metre Benetti superyacht design

Quartostile s.r.l. has unveiled details of a 35 metre open planing motor yacht, the QS35. She features a gray metallic hull, and sleek and dynamic exterior lines. Quartostile presents the 35m superyacht QS35

Quartostile s.r.l. has unveiled details of a 30 metre motor yacht which they have designed for the Fratelli Rossi shipyard in Viareggio.
