The first hull of the 40-metre yacht, Falcon Legacy, is currently under construction at the shipyard in Pisa. A viewing screen in her sky lounge as well as a lounge, Jacuzzi and crane to launch a Jet Ski on her foredeck add a sense of playfulness on board.Inside, her main deck is home to the main saloon with a lounge and dining area. First 40m yacht Falcon Legacy in build

The Italian yard <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/536" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Maiora (Company)">Maiora</a> has unveiled its latest model under construction: the 30.5-metre Maiora 30 Walk-Around yacht. With delivery expected in Summer 2019, she will make her debut appearance at <a href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Cannes Yachting Festival - 2019">Cannes Yachting Festival</a>, followed by the <a href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Monaco Yacht Show - 2019">Monaco Yacht Show</a>. Following the Maiora 36, the first yacht to be completed as part of the NewSeries which launched in 2018, Maiora 30’s internal volume and external space have been maximised to make her dimensions comparable to those of a 35-metre yacht.&nbsp;Designed by the Turin-based studio <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5047" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Fossati Design Bureau (Company)">Fossati Design Bureau</a>, the Maiora 30 Walk-Around showcases interior designs that perfectly reflect the owner’s desire for a bright and sober ambience with a touch of warmth and hospitality. The materials combine white brushed oak for the main covering with leather doors and ceilings, harmonised by matt brass inserts.&nbsp;<img src="/uploads/store/photo/80773/image/large-9fa68e0c98dbfddb54ea0d9d176f1979.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/80773">2.15-metre tall windows allow profuse sunlight to flood the interior, brightening the space up and allowing guests to enjoy the view from indoors. Thanks to her efficient hull and dynamic stabilisation system - two active stabilising fins which comprise an electric actuation and ‘zero speed’ function - maximum onboard comfort is guaranteed when cruising or at anchor.

The studio’s background in the automotive sector is a clear inspiration behind Harmony's sporty and ‘wind-shaped’ lines. First look: inside Maiora’s new 36m Harmony

The Fipa Group launched their new Maiora 36 superyacht yesterday in Italy. Available in both RPH and tri-deck versions, the series is designed in collaboration with Quartostile. Named Harmony, the first unit of the series is the RPH flybridge version.

On board she accommodates guests across a four cabin layout consisting of two VIP and two twin cabins. The launch was attended by the owner and his family under a bright blue sky in Viareggio, Italy. The shipyard reports that upon leaving Carrara Harbour yesterday, the new vessel managed to reach a top speed of 30 knots - 3 knots above the anitcipated top speed of 27 knots.

Another new superyacht design concept has been released, this time by Quartostile, an Italian design firm, known for their work in the automotive as well as the superyacht world. Quartostile unveils 70 metre Benetti superyacht design

Quartostile s.r.l. has unveiled details of a 35 metre open planing motor yacht, the QS35. She features a gray metallic hull, and sleek and dynamic exterior lines. Quartostile presents the 35m superyacht QS35

Quartostile s.r.l. has unveiled details of a 30 metre motor yacht which they have designed for the Fratelli Rossi shipyard in Viareggio.
