Yesterday, SuperYachtTimes.com toured Heesen Yacht's latest launch, YN 17350, a 50 metre custom superyacht, designed by Clifford Denn, which was launched at its facility in Oss. This yacht, which has not been named yet, was sold in collaboration with Arcon Yachts who are also project managing the build.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/154649/image/large-5293c990596731052f4130d1a1d82434.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/154649">The steel-hulled, full-displacement yacht has been kept below the 500GT threshold. Heesen launches 50 metre custom superyacht

The American shipyard Hunt Yachts has released an update in regards to their latest superyacht project, the Hunt 80 semi-custom. Now nearing completion, she is in her final assembly stages. In the following pictures from the shipyard, you can now see that the flybridge and custom sundeck is in place, revealing the vessels final profile.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/153099/image/large-a64b5b2131a28e09c6b8b5329032381d.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/153099">The hull and deck are fared for gel coating and painting, and the frameless windows will be installed throughout the semi-custom yacht to maintain the clean profile. Once the fairing is complete, the yacht will be ready to paint.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/153100/image/large-e9f88436cd1c3e82155f72e71b8dfd2c.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/153100">The Hunt 80 boasts a three-stateroom layout with a deluxe full-beam master suite amidships. The main deck encompasses a large galley, dining area, and main salon opening onto an open-air aft deck sheltered by the flybridge overhang. Like all Hunt yachts, the Hunt 80 features a hull and superstructure designed by C. Raymond Hunt Associates.The yard reports that she is on target for a May completion, in which she will then undergo sea trials in Rhode Island in June.By Gemma Fottles
