Schlichting Werf

Built in 1927 by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/3760" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Weiner Werft (Company)">Weiner Werft</a> in Austria as the training vessel Perun for the Bulgarian fisheries school, she was sold in the early 1930s to German owners, renamed Carola and converted into a luxury yacht at <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5441" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Schlichting Werf (Company)">Schlichting Werft</a> in Travemünde. After the war, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/5451" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Trinakria49.06m (160'11&quot;)Weiner Werft1927">Trinakria</a> passed through several owners and charter careers before undergoing an extensive refit in Morocco, completed in 2014, that restored her to full glory while adding modern comforts.
