The background of Susanna Corsagni - CEO of Seamotion - is centered around the construction of Perini Navi Yachts. Throughout her entire career, she has been fully committed to this esteemed company, successfully delivering over than 50 of the 63 yachts constructed to both Owners and Buyer’s Representatives. In Perini Navi she has been in charge of Yacht Management, Contract Management and Project Management Department Direction, for New Constructions and Refit.
SEAMOTION SERVICES
Receipt and Assessment of Work Lists - We diligently collect and evaluate the desired work lists from captains and owners intending to perform refits at the shipyard.
Yard Selection and Quotation - We engage in the scouting of various shipyards and deliver the pre-quoted work lists to the captains, providing valuable support in price negotiations when requested, both for new builds and refits.
Contract Analysis - We meticulously analyse the new build or refit contracts provided by the shipyards, along with their annexes and financial protocols. We offer insights on these documents and prepare comprehensive reports for captains and owners.
Project Management - Throughout the new build or refit process, we efficiently manage the work items that captains and owners wish to oversee directly, creating essential Safety Protocol Procedures when direct management is involved.
Interior Design Selection - Seamotion assists in the selection of interior designers and provides support for interior or technical refit activities. We schedule and provide weekly support during meetings with shipyards.
Commissioning Phase Support - We aid captains and crews during the commissioning phase by drafting protocol forms for acceptance procedures.
Yacht Accessories - Our expertise extends to the purchase of interior accessories, including items such as linens, cutlery, china, etc.
