The deal was handled by James Barke of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6730" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Boats.co.uk (Company)">Boats.co.uk</a> who also acted as the representative of the seller. Her exterior design and interiors were created by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1097" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Oyster Yachts (Company)">Oyster Yachts</a>, while <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/879" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Humphreys Yacht Design (Company)">Humphreys Yacht Design</a> penned her naval architecture. The following year after her delivery, Polina Star III suffered major hull delamination, causing her to sink. &nbsp;She was taken under the wing of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6730" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Boats.co.uk (Company)">Boats.co.uk</a> who rebuilt the sailing yacht for the Arc 2019.
