The yacht was originally signed with <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4318" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Brodosplit Inc. Seagull II was built by the Uljanik Shipyard in 1952 as a passenger vessel. In 2004 she arrived at the Trogir shipyard where she was converted into a yacht over the next two years. The redesign and project management was done by the Croatian based architects Water Line Consulting.
