This week we explore the 45-metre superyacht Atomic, currently listed for sale with Thompson Westwood &amp; White.&nbsp;<img src="/uploads/store/photo/14590/image/large-5b3dc0a89df34da4cb146406719058d3.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/14590">What is on offer?Built by the Turkish shipyard Sunrise Yachts in 2014, the 45-metre superyacht Atomic was designed by Studio Scanu, with naval architecture and engineering developed in collaboration with Karatas Yacht Design, and an elegant interior undertaken by Franck Darnet Design.&nbsp;She was built in close cooperation with an experienced owner, who used his knowledge to create the ideal vessel for embarking on fantastic yachting adventures around the world. On board, she accommodates up to 11 guests over a five cabin layout - including a full beam main deck owner’s suite - as well as a crew of nine. Superyacht Irimari in Palma de Mallorca, Spain

Currently spending time in Palma de Mallorca is the 63-metre Sunrise Yachts superyacht Irimari. The yacht was delivered by the Turkish shipyard ahead of the 2015 Monaco Yacht Show and was built to a design by Espen Oeino International. Irimari features a simple side profile with a focus on large deck spaces that are matched by an incredible volume of nearly 1,400 GT. Focus Yacht Design is behind the yacht’s crisp and clean interior that is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests. Powered by twin MTU M63 engines, Irimari can cover a range of 6,000 nm on a single trip.

Featuring exterior design by the Italian design studio Studio Scanu and naval architecture done in house in collaboration with Karatas Yacht Design, Atomic is a three-deck, full displacement, transatlantic motor yacht, built to operate for private use or charter in all seas and oceans of the world. The interiors are the work of the French design studio Franck Darnet Design. Her owner’s passion for diving is evident in the functional setup on beach deck, created with evey diving requirement in mind. She is currently spending time in Cancun, Mexico.

Superyachts Suerte, Ester III, Irimari in Monaco

Turkish superyacht builder Sunrise Yachts has announced that they have entered into an agreement with an international fund managed out of Hong Kong. The Diamond Living Private Investment Fund has agreed to take a controlling interest in the company in order to contribute in its second phase of development."It is our view that Sunrise represents a good recognised brand and that the company can deliver high-quality yachts at an appealing price. We have discussed with Sunrise the opportunity for us to step in as a strategic investor with a goal to assist them in their growth ambitions as well as increase their sales spectrum due to our strong positioning on the Asian market", according to Diamond Living's Managing Director, Wes Medford.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157739/image/large-5e67403f6d4f1eda863e31450e283bf7.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/154008">Founded in 2007, Sunrise Yachts has built three superyachts to date, including the 63 metre Espen Oeino designed Irimari."In Diamond Living, we have found the ideal strategic partner that we have been seeking for quite a while. Also this partnership will provide us with the ability to develop our own niche projects to speculate on the market", says Guillaume Roché, Sunrise Yachts' co-founder who is to remain as CEO.The Diamond-Sunrise deal was brokered by Even Keel Partners in London. It is expected to be consummated by mid-January 2016, at which point further announcements about its long-term plans will be made.

Sunrise Yachts signs agreement with Hong Kong based investment fund

Sunrise Yachts presented a new line of yachts ranging from 43 to 100 metres in length. One of these models is the 170 Merideon, developed by Focus Yacht Design from Germany. Merideon is a 51 metre concept yacht with a gross tonnage of 499 GT.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157221/image/large-62eebbcc6d25cdb4fbb8d8f21380ce55.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157221">Focus Yacht Design created a sleek and slender aluminium hull shape with a dynamic sloping superstructure, perfectly blending usable exterior deck spaces with her high volume interior. The aim for style was also very important, and Merideon’s continues profile lines and soft curves create sense of elegance timelessness.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157222/image/large-974e6034d4424f6dedec8a29e12f718c.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157222">Functionality in the design was key, and inside, all staircases have been centrally located to promote ease of movement throughout the yacht for guests and crew. The most have been made of the available space, and along with clever layout, guests are treated to relaxation spaces much larger than commonly found on a yacht of this size.
