<p>The hull of the flagship 50.44-metre <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/745" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="JFA Yachts (Company)">JFA</a> 50M Aluminium Explorer yacht has been turned at the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5131" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Van Noorloos Cascobouw BV (Company)">Van Noorloos Cascobouw BV</a> shipyard in Werkendam, the Netherlands. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/250827/image/large-cc8c2c6fe5e3254557059ccbb744e416.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/250827">The momentous event marks a major milestone in her construction where outfitting of mechanical elements and interior engineering can now begin. The <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/745" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="JFA Yachts (Company)">JFA</a> 50M Aluminium Explorer will be the largest yacht built by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/745" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="JFA Yachts (Company)">JFA Yachts</a>, and its first custom motor yacht with an aluminium hull and part of the superstructure in composite glass epoxy.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/250825/image/large-608886fbd3440b7da24d385d3462116d.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/250825">The explorer superyacht features an exterior design, as well as naval architecture from <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/879" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Humphreys Yacht Design (Company)">Humphreys Yacht Design</a> and is dominated by the extensive use of glazing, which also provides ample natural light to her interior.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/250828/image/large-4ec91ddd1af73f0607f687fba38679b2.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/250828"><img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/250826/image/large-8bfc81c6b51883c297586e1b90625a82.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/250826">The interior of the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/745" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="JFA Yachts (Company)">JFA</a> 50M Aluminium Explorer superyacht has been entrusted to <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5407" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="m2atelier (Company)">m2atelier</a>, which will curate the spaces to reflect the superyacht’s long-range autonomy and use as a family cruiser. The new motor yacht will have a light displacement, a hybrid propulsion system, stabiliser fins combined with a large Gyro and the capacity to carry a large tender and multiple toys.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/250823/image/large-200d6b904319be93bab4f19df51d5ccd.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/250823">“This project confirms our ability to adapt to unique projects. Hull turned 50m JFA Aluminium Explorer yacht 

The hull of the flagship JFA 50M Aluminium Explorer yacht has been turned in the Netherlands. She has an expected delivery date of 2024.
