<p>The 45.73-metre <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/149" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Christensen Shipyards, LLC. (Company)">Christensen Shipyards</a> superyacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/750" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ionian Princess45.73m (150'0&quot;)Palmer Johnson Savannah2005"><em>Ionian Princess</em></a> sold after a number of years on the market. The buyer was introduced by James Fachtmann of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6595" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="James Fachtmann & Associates (Company)">James Fachtmann &amp; Associates</a> and Jim Query, while Matthew Stone and Mark Elliott of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/244" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="IYC (Company)">IYC</a> represented the seller.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/86059/image/large-df93558fa41b85284333fe32cf8e160b.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/86059">Freshly refitted at the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5586" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Roscioli Yachting Center (Company)">Roscioli Yachting Centre</a> in Fort Lauderdale and having recently completed her ABS survey in 2020, she is in good condition for her new owner. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/225078/image/large-db56509a9fec53faab8af5d26124173d.png" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/225078"><img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/225074/image/large-b46bc374206ac55df6c916e76e2448ae.png" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/225074">During her refit her interiors were refit with new furnishings and marble and the exterior entertainment areas were refreshed with new furnishings. The tri-deck yacht features accommodation for as many as 12 guests between six staterooms, including a master stateroom, a VIP double, three additional doubles and a twin. (Company)">Christensen Shipyards</a>, it was actually another US shipyard, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/121" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Palmer Johnson Yachts (Company)">Palmer Johnson Yachts</a> that completed the build of the superyacht in 2005. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/225096/image/large-386ff8676926c48c23deb1aa92cdbb49.png" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/225096">Her original interiors are the work of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/41" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Donald Starkey Designs (Company)">Donald Starkey Designs</a>. The yacht had a last known asking price of $12,900,000.</p>
