However, the discontinuation of a subcontractor, which produced a significant portion of catamarans, has prompted the company to undergo a restructuring phase. The goal is to transition from a founder-funded entity to an investor-funded one, led by experienced industry professionals. Furthermore, the article outlines two potential strategies being considered to mitigate the impact. The first involves giving individual customers the opportunity to acquire partially-completed boats in Turkey and undertake their completion. The second strategy under exploration is the transfer of litigation risks, related to overpayment refunds and damage claims, to a litigation financier. They have issued the following statement: "We are aware that our brand name appeared in some publications regarding the situation surrounding <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5188" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Silent Yachts (Company)">Silent-Yachts</a>’ entities. <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5603" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="VisionF (Company)">VisionF Yachts</a>’ business continues to operate as normal. Today <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5603" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="VisionF (Company)">VisionF BV</a> is still incurring costs for these projects and will definitely take necessary steps to recover these losses. <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5603" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="VisionF (Company)">VisionF BV</a> is not the owner of any yard in Turkey. It is correct that it has a business partnership with <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5603" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="VisionF (Company)">VisionF Yatçılık A.Ş.,</a> located in Tuzla, Istanbul, but these two companies are totally different organisations".

Silent Yachts forced to restructure amidst bankruptcy rumours 

Silent Yachts, an Austrian shipyard known for constructing electric catamarans, has announced its entry into a restructuring phase.

Construction update: 31m VisionF 101 motor yacht hull turned

The hull of the 30.7-metre VisionF has been turned and transferred to the yard’s facility, where she will start the assembly and interior production.

The <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5603" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="VisionF (Company)">VisionF</a> 100 is a flybridge catamaran that boasts an impressive 12-metre beam. The new model will be constructed entirely of a new kevlar composite that is both lightweight and incredibly strong. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/256876/image/large-114ebd4aad1c8cc13c9057ded6a034f1.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/256876">The <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5603" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="VisionF (Company)">VisionF</a> 100 shares the design DNA and many features of its smaller siblings, but on a much larger scale.
