Originally commissioned as Darius and delivered by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/23" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Lürssen Yachts (Company)">Lürssen</a> in 2009, the full-displacement yacht is instantly recognisable with her grey hull and muscular profile drawn by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Tim Heywood Design Ltd. (Company)">Tim Heywood</a>, who also styled her sisters <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/298" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Pelorus115.0m (377'4&quot;)Lürssen Yachts2003">Pelorus</a> and <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1850" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Al Raya110.0m (360'11&quot;)Lürssen Yachts2008">Al Raya</a>. She is also widely reported to incorporate enhanced security features, ranging from a high-speed escape tender to defensive systems more commonly associated with military craft. Delivered by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/23" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Lürssen Yachts (Company)">Lürssen</a> in 2009, the steel-hulled yacht features a distinctive grey hull and powerful lines crafted by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Tim Heywood Design Ltd. The 110-metre Lürssen superyacht Radiant has been spending the last few days of 2016 around Thailand and is seen here anchored off the popular Phi Phi Islands on New Year’s Day. Built as the third hull in a line of three superyachts designed by Tim Heywood in 2009, the 110-metre Radiant is a close sister ship to the 2003-built Pelorus and the 110-metre Ona (ex Dilbar) which was completed in 2008.

The Greek-based yacht's sea green hull and three forward-facing decks clearly set her apart from her fellow Lürssen sisters. Her interior is the work of Canadian design duo Yabu Pushelberg, and is until this day kept as a closely guarded secret that has hardly ever been publicised.

Radiant’s sea green hull and three forward-facing decks clearly set her apart from her fellow Lürssen sisters. Her interior is the work of Canadian design duo Yabu Pushelberg, and is until this day kept as a closely guarded secret that has hardly ever been publicised. The yacht was recently seen in the port of Malta.

Radiant was built in 2009 by the Lürssen Shipyard in Bremen. She has a length of 110 metres and an exterior design by Tim Heywood. Her interior by Yabu Pushelberg is a closely guarded secret, and no photos have ever been published. As far as we know, Radiant is the only superyacht ever built, to have an interior by design duo Yabu Pushelberg.
