About Yacht Club Costa Smeralda

The Yacht Club Costa Smeralda was founded in 1967 by current President His Highness the Aga Khan. It is recognised as one of the world’s leading organisers of international sailing events and is renowned for its impressive annual sporting calendar. YCCS promotes the sport of sailing in all its forms: from its Sailing School and Racing Teams to national and international events for one-design racers, maxi yachts and superyachts.
