The Freire 112m Explorer, hull number NC724, nears completion as she moves to be painted and outfitted, ahead of delivery later this year. At 111.85-metres and with an interior volume of 6,950 GT, she’s not only the largest superyacht to be built by Freire Shipyard, she’s the largest to be built in Spain. The superyacht was conceived by Bannenberg & Rowell Design and Marin Teknikk AS. Bannenberg & Rowell Design designed her exterior and interior, while Marin Teknikk AS managed her naval architecture. This is the first time the two studios have joined forces and their expertise couldn’t have been better paired. Marin Teknikk AS was responsible for the two explorers delivered by Norwegian Kleven Shipyard, Ulysses and Andromeda.  Bannenberg & Rowell Design on the other hand, has a fleet of over 100 superyachts which includes Rising Sun, Predator and Illusion. According to SYT iQ, she is the sixth-largest superyacht expected to be delivered this year.
