Compass Tenders have designed and built tenders for some of the world’s most iconic superyachts.Founded in 2004 by Richard Faulkner, the internationally renowned team have since built over 65 superyacht tenders and, in recognition of their innovative designs and exceptional build quality, Compass have been the winner of several industry awards.Particularly notable amongst their constructions are the four tenders for Lurssen’s 123m Al Lusail – including two 11.2m limousines - two 10m custom tenders for a 110m Feadship, a limousine and open tender for Oceanco’s 90m Dreamboat, two limousines for the 160m Blue, and their ‘shadow kitten’ catamaran which accompanies 68m support yacht Nebula.The industry’s leading designers, captains and build managers have each called upon Compass Tenders’ expertise and technical resources to build tenders for their owners and clients. By offering unparalleled design, build quality and finish, together with exceptional customer service, clients can specific their exacting requirements with confidence.Situated on the River Hamble, the Compass facility is perfectly positioned for conducting sea trials in the Solent. The HammerCat 35 is built in Cape town, South Africa by Hammer Yachts, and marketed / sold by Hammer Yachts USA. Hull design by Robert Quinn (trained by Jeff Schionning) and Hammer Yachts. Build from epoxy-composite materials with standard carbon fiber hardtop, the HammerCat 35 is only 9,000 Lbs with engines / gear. Excellent weight to horsepower ratio with 2 x 350HP standard engines, top speed &gt;50mph, cruise at 35mph
