Lazzarini Design Studio have released their latest design concept, the 100-metre superyacht Saturnia. She is characterised by strong geometric lines, which serve as a focal aesthetic point. She is constructed of dry carbon fibre, of which her designers estimate to be 50% lighter than superyachts of the same size. Due to her lightweight hull and hybrid propulsion system she can reach a top speed of 30 knots with zero emissions. The superyacht Saturnia sports a five-deck layout, which can be configured with between 10 and 20 staterooms. She has large, sliding windows that can be opened to create an indoor-outdoor experience. One of her most notable design features is a floodable garage, situated amidships, which spans the full-beam of the yacht. Here, tenders and vessels with a draft of up to 1.5-metres can be moored. When her tender garage doors are deployed, the doors transform into a balcony with a seating area.Additionally, Saturnia features a walkway which surrounds the main deck, allowing guests to access all deck space on board. Additional deck space includes a spacious aft area, complete with lounge chairs and an al fresco dining area and a further lounge on her upper deck.
