The iconic Dutch design house Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design has unveiled its 129.6-metre superyacht concept Poetry. The refreshing new design focuses on the owner’s perspective by providing ultimate privacy with their own deck while overcoming traditions in yacht design.
Photo: Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design“We challenged ourselves to create a concept that fully accommodates the desires and lifestyle of the owner, without compromising the yacht design. For Poetry, we worked from a new design vision, creating a concept depicting the owner’s dreams. Less formal, more genuine, more like a home,” said Designer Sander Sinot.

She reinvents yacht design by relocating the wheelhouse to a more functional spot at the bow, an additional benefit is that this redesign further optimises space onboard. “By moving the wheelhouse to a new location, we could create a genuine private area to be enjoyed by the owner,” adds Sander Sinot.

Photo: Sinot Yacht Architecture & DesignWith four guest staterooms, two VIP staterooms, and an owner’s suite, Poetry has a guest capacity of 14 persons. Her highest deck is reserved for the owner and one deck below guests can enjoy a large multimedia cinema and an exploration room, used for charting routes together with the captain. She is also able to host a crew of 47 across 21 double crew cabins, four officer cabins and a captain’s cabin.
Photo: Sinot Yacht Architecture & DesignTowards the aft, Poetry has a large semi-alfresco dining area, connected to the aft exterior deck with an infinity pool. Inside on the lower deck guests will find an extensive wellness, as well as secure sea-access located next to the beach club.

Photo: Sinot Yacht Architecture & DesignPoetry also boasts an impressive wellbeing space on her lower deck with a Hammam and sauna, a vast gym and a beauty salon offering hairdressing, nail and beauty treatments and massage stations. Poetry also has a spacious tender garage capable of carrying two 12-metre Limousine tenders, five wave runners and a plethora of water toys.

Photo: Sinot Yacht Architecture & DesignThe highlight of Poetry is her sea pool, created by lowering one of the hatches under the sea level, extending a filtering bulwark and allowing the seawater to rush in for a truly exciting saltwater dip. She is equipped with a sensational glass art piece on the floor, and an elegant circular staircase that connects the main deck lounge with the beach club.
Photo: Sinot Yacht Architecture & DesignPerformance-wise, Poetry is able to reach a top speed of 17.5 knots with a cruising speed of 12 knots, thanks to hydrogen electric engines. She also has a range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.
