Numarine have announced the successful delivery of the 14th unit of their 26XP explorer yacht. This displacement yacht has a bulbous bow and a futuristic design to give the impression of a yacht larger than her size.Photo: Sand People Press RoomThe 26XP/14 features interior and exterior design by Can Yalman, and naval architecture by Umberto Tagliavini. On board, she features a standard model layout accommodating eight guests across her four staterooms, including a master suite located amidships with a study, lounge and large en suite bathroom. Her three additional staterooms include two VIPs and one twin.

Her main saloon features sliding windows to create a floating balcony over the sea, a cosy lounge space with C-shaped seating and a formal dining space adjacent to the galley. Exterior standout features include seating to her bow, an al fresco dining space aft, a sunbathing area and two sets of stairs leading down to a generous beach platform. The 26XP/14 includes a spacious 55 square-metre flybridge including another dining area, rear sun lounge with spectacular views, and storage space for a 3.5-metre tender.
Founder and Chairman of Numarine commented, “With 14 units in three years the 26XP is a success and our company is busy working on other expedition vessels coming.”The 26XP/14 is powered by twin 560 horsepower MAN engines and can reach top speeds of 13.5 knots. Her fuel-efficient hull gives her a 3,000 nautical mile range.
