Seeing another extension in length from her predecessor, this vessel was built at the German shipyard <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/23" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Lürssen Yachts (Company)">Lürssen</a>, a brand a little closer to home for Horten. Measuring 67.85 metres, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/17" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Bannenberg & Rowell Design (Company)">Bannenberg</a> was responsible for her design this time in collaboration with <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/23" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Lürssen Yachts (Company)">Lürssen</a>, marking a departure from the French shipyard Horten had previously favoured for his Carinthias. Again built by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/23" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Lürssen Yachts (Company)">Lürssen&nbsp;</a>to an almost identical design of Carinthia V, Carinthia VI&nbsp;measured 70.68 metres, and was one of the largest yachts in the world at the time. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/20602/image/large-2c2fb29561e15adb5225ba41d35f90b9.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/20602">She was later sold and renamed The One and she cruised under that name for another 13 years. Regrettably, on 4 January 2016, she was destroyed in a fire that broke out in the marina where she was moored in Marmaris in Turkey. Currently cruising the Baltic regions is the recently delivered 80-foot motor yacht Livingstone, constructed by Hartman Yachts.

Reminiscent of an old-school luxury ocean liner, Livingstone is designed with a relaxed family lifestyle in mind by Dutch design studio Kroes &amp; Poortinga. The sundeck is uncluttered and forms the ideal space for entertaining larger groups of family members. Livingstone’s custom-built Italian tender is also stowed on this level.

A unique Dutch innovation common to local transport barges has been implemented on the yacht in the form of an internal mooring-pole system. Two poles submerge themselves up to eight metres below the waterline into the sand below for a fast and effective alternative to having to deploy the anchor.
