The 27.23-metre sailing yacht Luchya, listed for sale with Northrop & Johnson, has been sold. Sales Broker Joost Goverts represented both the buyer and seller.
Built in 1993 by the Dubbel & Jesse shipyard in Germany, this sloop features a full aluminum hull designed by the shipyard’s in-house studio. The original interior is the work of Joachim Kinder and consists of the main salon with 360-degree visibility, two staterooms, and a full-beam master suite to accommodate a total of eight guests.
Having undergone various refits since her inception, with the latest in 2013, Luchya is in excellent working conditions and can easily be sailed by a crew of two, despite having crew quarters to accommodate three.
In addition to her sails, she can also be powered by a single Mercedes diesel engine producing 345 horsepower.
The asking price for Luchya at her time of sale was €800,000.
