The 34.4-metre Burger motor yacht Child’s Play sold in Florida, with Mark Osterhaven from Worth Avenue Yachts representing the seller and Jeff Shaffer from Superyacht Sales and Charter introducing the buyer.
Child’s Play has undertaken annual maintenance appointments since her delivery in 2003. She features exterior and naval design by Burger, and her interiors were a collaboration between the Wisconsin-based shipyard and Linda Street Design.
Her open-plan saloon features a lounge area, a large bar and a dining area with seating for up to eight guests. The saloon follows a neutral colour palette, leaving a classy, cosy feel as the large picture windows fill the room with natural light. Guests can easily access the upper and lower decks via her elegant spiral staircase.
The 277 GT yacht provides accommodation for up to ten guests across five sumptuous staterooms. The full-beam master suite is located on the main deck and contains his and hers ensuites. She can also accommodate up to six crew members.
Outside lies a sky lounge that offers 360-degree views and a selection of plush seating for guests to relax. There is a Jacuzzi located on the flybridge, and plenty of alfresco dining options and seating opportunities spanning across all three of her decks.
Performance-wise, the all-aluminium yacht is powered by two Caterpillar engines, giving her a top speed of 14 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. At the time of her sale, Child's Play had a last-known asking price of $9,250,000.
