The 37-metre motor yacht Avante V has been sold in an in-house deal, with IYC's Bob O'Brien representing the seller and Michael Rafferty representing the buyer in the deal respectively. Built by Feadship in the Netherlands in 1974, the vessel underwent an extensive refit in 2017 and has been maintained in turnkey condition throughout her lifespan.
