In April 2021, SuperYacht Times launched their game-changing virtual 3D world, SYT 3D. Created for yachting enthusiasts, owners, builders and designers, this innovative platform gives you the opportunity to view yachts and designs from some of the industry’s top names, and travel by tender between their bespoke worlds.
Each week we will be highlighting one of the yachts currently viewable in the SYT 3D world, so you can deep dive into the platform and discover them for yourself in their full, three-dimensional form: here. This week, we take a closer look at the 27.4-metre Lynx Yachts 27m Crossover. The motor yacht, currently in build at Lynx Yachts in the Netherlands, is expected to be delivered to her owner in 2022. She is Lynx’s first unit of the yard’s line of pocket superyachts, which combines the comforts afforded by the Lynx Adventure line with the utilitarian functions of the YXT 24 Evolution shadow vessel. The 27m Crossover features naval architecture from Diana Yacht Design, with her exterior lines penned by Bernd Weel Design. The interior of the 140 GT superyacht was conceived by Franck Darnet Design and can accommodate as many as six guests across three staterooms. She also hosts a crew of four.
The fully-steel constructed superyacht sports twin Caterpillar C12 diesel engines and has a range of 1,350 nautical miles while cruising at 12.5 knots. The 27m Crossover is one of three Lynx superyachts viewable within the SuperYacht Times 3D world. Be sure to check out one of her fleetmates, such as the 29.5-metre Orion. Each of the yachts can be seen from Lynx Yachts’ bespoke island. If you want to see your own superyacht in the SYT 3D world, get in touch with our team now.
