This week’s SYT 3D yacht of the week is the 65-metre superyacht Telex, which comes from the drawing boards of Bannenberg & Rowell Design.
Simon Rowell describes the inspiration of the design as, “Privacy, space, time and adventure, these are all rare commodities, but freedom is the raw material and the fuel. It is perhaps the ultimate luxury.” Her exterior lines are well-balanced and she features layered decks and a vertical bow.
At 1,300 GT, Telex has plenty of space for modern amenities. The superyacht has been designed for an adventurous owner in mind, with Telex’s aft lower deck sporting a gym, dive shop, wellness area, storage and the option for a submarine launching point. Her spacious aft deck includes a pool, which connects to the main saloon. Her wheelhouse is situated on her bridge deck, which provides space on the upper deck forward for an observation lounge for the duplex master suite. Her decks are home to a number of spaces for entertaining and living room options.
Telex can accommodate as many as 14 guests across seven staterooms, which consist of four doubles on her lower deck, two guest suites on her main deck along with a master stateroom with two balconies.
