Hatteras’s 40m expedition yacht Sinbad has been sold

Sinbad, the 40-metre expedition yacht will soon be back out to sea following its sale last week. The negotiations for the American designed yacht were made by Yacht Brokers Paul Daubner and Jacobus Stofberg, representing Northrop & Johnson. Whilst Jeff Stanley from Gilman Yachts stood in for the buyer. The papers were signed and the deal closed in Washington on the 16th September with a final asking price of $3,950,000.Sinbad yacht profileThe Hatteras explorer yacht was first built in 1995, when she sailed under her old name Charisma Allegra. Her exterior and naval architecture were drawn up by Jack Hargrave, while her interior was entrusted to Dee Robinson Interiors. They are also the perfect spot for sun worshipers, thanks to the large windows throughout. Alfresco dining is also possible across all three of her decks, and with her deck temperature controls this experience can be had all year round. Down on the swim platform, Sinbad is equipped with loads of toys, including a barbecue, a jacuzzi, and storage for a tender.
