The sailing yacht Perseverance I has been launched by Baltic Yachts in PIetarsaari, Finland. Perseverance I is 39.6-metres in length overall, including her bowsprit, while her waterline length is 35.8-metre.
Photo: Eva-Stina KjellmanPerseverance I has been constructed as a Baltic 117 Custom Classic and features naval architecture from her builder, Baltic Yachts, whilst her exterior lines come from the drawing boards of Dykstra Naval Architects. The sloop-rigged yacht is constructed of GRP and is equipped with an electric propulsion system, which is powered by a lithium-ion battery bank allowing her to operate in ‘silent mode’.

She can accommodate as many as eight guests across four staterooms, with her master stateroom to the fore and her guest cabins situated amidships. She is operated by a crew of six, who are accommodated between three cabins.
