Converted Helsingfors 43m explorer yacht Ice Lady sold

Helsingfors’ 43.3-metre motor yacht Ice Lady sold in Italy after being on the market for just over 100 days. Rino Di Maggio of Self Concept introduced the buyer, while David Legrand of Fraser represented the seller. Ice Lady yacht anchored Ice Lady was designed and built for the Norwegian coast guard in the 1950s, starting her service in 1959. During her service she was known as Uisko and patrolled the North Sea; she’s proven her sturdiness in some of the world’s harshest waters, making her a highly reliable platform for the conversion she undertook some 10-years ago. She’s powered by a single Werkspoor engine that delivers a cruising speed of 10 knots and a top speed of 12 knots.
