Classic Van Mill 44m motor yacht Starship sold

Van Mill’s 43.59-metre motor yacht Starship sold in an in-house deal at Worth Avenue Yachts. Broker Robert Stolter represented both the buyer and seller during these negotiations. Starship was launched in 1988 and has had numerous refit and maintenance appointments throughout her life. Her most recent was in 2020, which was conducted at Lauderdale Marine Center, United States. Pieter Beeldsnijder Design handled the exterior styling of this 362 GT motor yacht, and collaborated with Murray & Associates L.L.C. for her naval architecture. Claudette Bonville & Associates and Procasa took charge of her interior design and configured her with five staterooms, comprising a master suite, three doubles and a twin.

Starship is highly sophisticated and is brimming with class; her main saloon bellies this elegance as it’s wrapped in dark mahogany, home to twin marble pillars and loaded with rich Java and silver settees. The space also boasts impressive views, thanks to a large collection of floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests also have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the alfresco lifestyle as she has three decks of outdoor living. Starship is fitted with a number of dining and lounging areas that can host all onboard guests. Starship is equipped with twin CAT engines that gives her a cruising speed of 13.5-knots and a top speed of 17 knots. She was sold with a last known asking price of $5,950,000.
