Superyacht Freedom in Fort Lauderdale

Launched as Bella Bri in 2008 at the Northern Marine shipyard in Washington, USA, the 46 metre Freedom is a high-volume superyacht designed by Jonathan Quinn Barnett, with naval architecture by Roddan Engineering. The luxury yacht accommodates 10 guests in 5 staterooms and 12 crew in 6 cabins. Twin 2,735hp MTU diesel engines propel the yacht up to a speed of 20.5 knots. She was seen yesterday in Fort Lauderdale.

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show kicks off today, and is regarded as the largest yachting event in the world stretching across 3 million sq. ft. and seven venues. The event runs until Monday.
