The 46.7-metre superyacht Naseem has been sold in France. The deal was concluded by Alex Banning of SuperYachtsMonaco who represented the seller, whilst Edmiston introduced the buyer.Naseem is an elegant motor yacht built by Heesen in 2008. In 2009, she won the award for Best Displacement Motor Yacht in her category at the World Superyacht Awards. Naseem recently underwent a refit in 2018 leaving her in turnkey condition for her new owner. Her naval architecture comes from the boards of her builder, Heesen, whilst her exterior is designed in collaboration with Omega Architects. Bannenberg & Rowell Design are behind her classic interior styling. She is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure.Naseem can accommodate up-to 12 guests across her five spacious en suite staterooms. A full-beam master suite includes a lounge area, a vanity table overlooking the sea, plus a marble bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Her additional guest staterooms are situated on her lower deck, accessible via a spiral staircase. Naseem is operated by a crew of 10.Her open-plan interior has been designed as a contemporary living space, finished with bleached wood and polished marble flooring. Her large windows enhance the feeling of space, and allow for plenty of natural light. Naseem’s main deck saloon includes various seating options and a bar. From here, guests can access her spacious formal dining area. A spiral staircase leads to her upper deck which features a skylounge and additional bar. This space can also be transformed into a private cinema.With a strong focus on outdoor living, Naseem is equipped with multiple outdoor lounge and dining spaces. Her main deck saloon opens into a covered lounge area with built-in seating offering panoramic views and an al fresco dining table. Her tenders are stored in her stern garage which can also be transformed into a beach club with a large swim platform. Her upper deck is home to an additional lounge and dining area with a second large al fresco dining table, and to her bow features further seating and dining space. Naseem’s sundeck is complete with a Jacuzzi and lounge area.Designed for trans-atlantic cruising, Naseem is powered by twin MTU 8V4000M70 heavy-duty diesel engines.
