The 49.2-metre Mondomarine superyacht Ipanema sold in a deal with Juan Morillo of United Yacht Sales introducing the buyers, and Patrick Dines of IYB Yachts and Denis Khamzatov of Nord Star Superyachts representing the seller.Ipanema is instantly recognisable by her red hull with exterior design by the team at Hot Lab and naval architecture by her builder Mondomarine SpA. The 499 GT motor yacht was delivered in 2016 from Italy and is in near perfect condition.The striking yacht offers three decks for 12 guests to explore with seven sumptuous staterooms for overnight stays. Ipanema’s full-beam master suite is situated on the main deck with her remaining two VIP suites, and four guest staterooms located on the lower deck. Ipanema is also able to carry a crew of 12.Performance-wise, Ipanema is equipped with twin MTU engines that provide her with a top speed of 19 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. Ipanema was listed as having only 200 hours of engine use when she was sold, with a last known asking price of €16,200,000.
