The 49.68-metre Feadship superyacht Blu 470 has been sold after 194 days on the market, with Andrew Bond of Fraser representing the buyer, and Tommaso Chiabra of Royal Yacht International, representing the seller. She had a last known asking price of β¬14,000,000. Previously named Broadwater, Blu 470 was built in 1990 but underwent a major rebuild at Feadship in 2008, which won Best Refit Award at the World Superyacht Awards in 2009. In 2014 she underwent a second major refurbishment, and in 2019 her interior and exterior furnishings were entirely renewed.
Her exterior design comes from the boards of De Voogt Naval Architects, and her interior was created by Donald Starkey and Patrick Knowles. Blu 470 accommodates up to ten guests within five staterooms, taken care of by a crew of ten. She cruises at 12 knots, with a top speed of 14 knots.
