The 72.1-metre superyacht Stella Maris has been listed as a yacht for sale. Delivered in 2015 by Italian shipyard VSY, Stella Maris has been regularly maintained and refitted, most recently from 2019 to 2020. Stella Maris has only ever transferred ownership one time, when she was sold in 2015 after just three months on the market.
The 2,114 GT superyacht was built to a design brief by renowned designer Espen Øino International who penned her striking exterior lines. She sports a graphite-toned hull and a white superstructure. Her knife’s edge bow and staggered decks match the superyacht’s strong prowess.
Laurent Giles Naval Architects completed Stella Maris’ naval architecture, which includes several impressive architectural points. The yacht has been built with a fully certified Eurocopter EC 135 helideck, a grading typically found on yachts of a much larger size, which when not in use functions as a sun deck for sunbathing or an ideal location for alfresco dining or lounging.
Other aspects of her engineering platform include electric auxiliary engines for in-port use during docking, which make the need for her main engines during these manoeuvres obsolete. A dynamic positioning system, which allows her to remain in place in ecologically-sensitive areas without using her anchors. Though these features were implemented during her build, they are still considered to be impressive and ecologically-forward.
The interior of this award-winning superyacht was designed by Rome-based designer Michela Reverberi. As many as 14 guests are accommodated between seven staterooms, including an impressive, dedicated owner’s deck with a lobby, an office, a dressing room, two ensuite bathrooms, access to a private deck space, and sweeping views from almost 180 degrees of windows.
Full-height 2.7-metre ceilings are found throughout ensuring that her interior feels open and the extensive use of glazing allows for plenty of natural light to flood the yacht’s interiors. Modern furnishings and a neutral colour palette create a contemporary yet comfortable ambience on board this VSY yacht for sale.
Relaxation has been made a priority onboard and guests can make use of two spa pools, a sauna, a gym, a hammam, and a massage room.
