The 85-metre superyacht Victorious has been captured at her dock in Turkey following her launch in April. She can sleep up-to 20 guests across one owner’s suite, five doubles and five twin staterooms within her expansive 2,300 GT interior. Victorious has been constructed for the worldwide charter market.Photo: AKYachtThe yacht was first commissioned in 2006, before the original shipyard ran into financial difficulties and abandoned the project. She was then picked up by a new owner who transferred her to Akyacht in Turkey, where the vessel was lengthened by six-metres to allow for an indoor swimming pool. Photo: AKYachtVictorious carry's a custom built, 12.5-metre limousine catamaran tender, designed by Akyacht, with seating for as many as 12 guests. She also carry's a 11.5-metre Fountain sport fisherman guest tender and she features a large touch-and-go helipad which can be used by large commercial helicopters, such as AW-101, AW-139, Bell 525 and Sikorsky 92.Performance-wise, Victorious is powered by twin Caterpillar 3512B diesel engines and can reach a top speed of 15.5 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots. She has been constructed to Lloyd's Register Class and CISR flag authority rules.
