The appearance of 55m Amels Sarafsa (photo) on the market is causing quite a stir, featuring accommodation for 12 guests in 6 cabins and having been meticulously maintained since her launch in 1997.

Nick Dean of OCI UK has also signed Alta, a popular 39m charter yacht, built by Picchiotti in 1986 and refitted in 2007, sleeping 10 guests in 5 cabins. Meanwhile, with the assistance of Peter Hürzeler, Bjørn Vang-Mathisen of OCI Geneva also secured the CA for the brand new 45m Marco Polo. Sleeping 10 guests in 5 cabins. This Hong-Kong built TransOcean Explorer is the first in a new series and has truly captured the industry’s attention.

Marc Händle of OCI Palma office has added 3 new yachts for sale: the well maintained La Alteana (photo), a 32m CRN displacement yacht from 1980 with state of the art navigation systems, as well as two speedy yachts both built in 2005. Sinner, a 21m Azimut Yachts Open designed for maximum performance sleeps 6 guests in 3 cabins, while sports cruiser Überwasser, a 17m Gobbi Atlantis 55, combines pure technology with elegant design.

A further three yachts for sale have been brought in by two of OCI’s Monaco based brokers. James Munn has signed Intrepid a 31m 1969 Feadship, refitted in 2004 and in excellent condition, sleeping 6 guests in 3 cabins and 23m Legendary Yachts USA modern classic Mistral, a fine wooden schooner from 2000, sleeping 4 guests in 2 cabins, while Marco Vandoni has signed the lovely 1995 Dutch Primeur Maritim Ketch, 29m Maya, sleeping 6 guests in 3 cabins.

In addition to these new sales CAs, a further two sales have been completed, adding to the impressive tally of OCI sales for 2007. James Munn of OCI Monaco and Rags Weldon in OCI Fort Lauderdale, collaborated on the sale of the US East Coast based Feadship Avante – a 35m canoe stern yacht built in 1967 and fully refitted in 1997. And finally our highly successful sales broker Marc Händle of OCI Palma has acted on behalf of both the purchasing and selling clients for the sale of his CA, Amarant A, a 29m world cruising Jongert built in 1993.
