The iconic 97.2-metre Lürssen superyacht Carinthia VII sold in a deal with Ralph de Joode of RYacht representing the buyer and Antoine X. Larricq and Stuart Larsen of Fraser Yachts acting as the seller’s representative. The impressive German-built yacht was on sale for the first time since her launch in 2002 and is the largest used yacht sale of the year. At the time of her sale Carinthia VII had a last known asking price of €95,000,000.

Carinthia VII has a beautifully styled interior with an extremely functional layout to ensure discreet and seamless service for guests onboard. The 3,643 GT yacht has a well-proportioned and versatile interior with tall windows which provide plenty of natural light to illuminate her earth-toned interior.

Carinthia VII can accommodate up to 14 guests in eight luxurious staterooms, with a separate owner’s deck with a forward facing master suite, complete with an office/drawing room to ensure her guests are able to work at sea. A VIP stateroom is also located on the owners deck with a beauty parlour. Her remaining six staterooms are located on the main deck. She can also carry an impressive 37 crew, with accommodation split across two decks.
The superyacht Carinthia VII comes with a plethora of amenities including a hammam, a sauna, a plunge pool, and a steam shower. She is also equipped with a ‘touch-and-go’ helipad on the bow and has garages for two 8.80-metre tenders plus water toys.
In terms of performance, she is just as impressive as her interior and exterior. By combining speed, capability, and elegance her four 10,060 horsepower MTU diesel engines can provide her with a top speed of 25 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots.
