Last Saturday, the Admiral Regale 45 Flying Dragon was launched. I visited the shipyard in May, and I was stunned by the number of projects, in various stages of construction at the yard. This is in fact the yard’s fourth launch this year, and 3 more yachts will be launched shortly.
Flying Dragon is a fast planing superyacht entirely built in aluminum and able to reach a top speed of about 27 knots. She features a light blue hull enriched by a blue dragon graphic on both sides, which has been designed by Dobroserdov Design.
The yacht started out as project Capri, but she was sold only a couple of months ago to her current owners, who renamed her Flying Dragon.
Inside, Flying Dragon features a mixture of dark wood furniture and joinery, combined with precious upholstery and beige colored lacquered ceilings. The floors are made of Tabu lati chololate parquet. Inside her main salon, sliding doors can open on the sides, and her master stateroom is fitted with a balcony.
The 4 guest cabins are located on the lower deck and include two twin cabins and two doubles.
The construction project was managed by Nakhimov, who will also take care of her management, and who will also act as the central charter agent.
Flying Dragon will be displayed at the Monaco Yacht Show.
