Turkey-based yacht builder <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/59" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Aegean Yacht (Company)">Aegean Yacht</a> recently unveiled a new tri-deck range of explorer yachts, the Aegean Explorers. The company has got further underway with the project and has brought the first from the lineup, the Explorer M25, into the primary build phase. She is the smallest from the Aegean Explorer range, as her sisters will be available either at 37-metres or 48-metres. All three models can be built in either steel or aluminium. The Aegean Explorers are Turkish pedigrees, as the interior, exterior and naval architecture have all been designed in-house.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/207438/image/large-f587f902cc317457c349c326134a9c21.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/207438">The now in-build Explorer M25 walks the tightrope between elegance and functionality with perfect poise. And with an unusually large gross tonnage for a boat of this size at 185 GT, she can accommodate as many as 12 guests. Suave and sophisticated but also welcoming and family-friendly, the colour palette in the main saloon and dining room, which take advantage of the full 9.6-metre beam, is based on aquamarine and ivory soft furnishings combined with warm wood veneers, natural leathers and full-height windows for exceptional light and panoramic views. A noteworthy addition is the “shark tooth” motif, a design feature halfway along the side of the bridge deck that lends the yacht a powerful personality.
