At the end of last year the Agantur Shipyard completed the 31.70 metre superyacht AD5. With the unusual shape of her hull and low superstructure she is completely different than any other superyacht of her size. She features a white hull and superstructure with wooden accents around the pilothouse and decorative paintwork on her hull.
The steel hulled motor yacht is powered by twin 873hp Caterpillar C18 engines, which enable her to cruise at a speed of 12 knots. AD5 has a beam of 8.50 metres, draft of 2.35 metres, displacement of 165 tons and she carries 10,000 litres of fuel and 2,800 litres of fresh water.
The superyacht will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Agantur Shipyard in Bodrum, Turkey is currently building a 37.4 metre steel dow (a modernised traditional sailing yacht of the Gulf region).
