To meet growing market demand, Alexseal Yacht Coatings has added an additional distributor in Spain. The addition of The Rolling Stock Group to Alexseal’s distribution network will allow customers greater access to products as well as expanded technical service throughout Spain.
The Rolling Stock Group is based in Palma de Mallorca and boasts a presence throughout Europe. Growth in the marine industry has fueled an exciting diversification and expansion within the company, while never losing sight of the original aim to provide a total yacht service.
Now with over a hundred employees, the group is made up of three companies: Rolling Stock S.L. started as a mobile chandlery shop delivering to the cruising yachts visiting Palma in 1989, and has now expanded to include two retail outlets and a total of three mobile shops serving some of the world’s largest yachts. RS Finishing & Refinishing S.L. was started in 1999 and has led the way in the yacht refinishing sector which was recognized by the ISO 14001 certificate for environmental management standards and ISO 9001 certificate for quality management.
The company specializes in both new build and refit projects of superyachts in Palma de Mallorca and yards around the world. RSB Rigging Solutions S.L. was started in 2005, complementing the services already offered with running & standing rigging, engineering and servicing and rig pulling & stepping.
