Photo: Tom van OossanenThe 60-metre Alia yacht Samurai was built in Antalya in 2016 as the Turkish yard’s largest project to date. Samurai is the design work of Omega Architects with Van Oossanen Naval Architects working their underwater magic on the project. The result is a top speed of 21 knots thanks to the implementation of the Dutch firm’s Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF). Inside, a central staircase on the main deck leads to five of the six guest suites on board, ending up forward in the full-beam master suite. With a VIP suite located on the upper deck astern of the bridge, the lower deck is entirely dedicated to crew and technical areas with a full-width beach club at the stern.
