AY43 is the 12th motoryacht to be built by Alloy Yachts and the largest to date. The 47 metre yacht has four staterooms, an owner's suite, spa pool and gymnasium.

The yacht's homeport will be the Bahamas, hence the shallow draft of just 2.2m. The addition of zero-speed stabilisers adds to the vessel's suitability for luxurious and comfortable anchoring. Another feature is the enclosed flybridge where the side windows can be raised and lowered to ensure the comfort of the owner and guests.
