Amels has sold the fifth hull of its Limited Edition Design 60-metre Amels 60 ahead of its delivery in 2024. 
With the new owner joining the build process early on there is scope for flexibility and plenty of customisable options as the interior designing is free for curation – the owner will choose a design team of their choosing for the task.
The Limited Edition Amels cuts a shape with her 60-metre length, a beam of 10.4-metre, a draft of 3.35-metre and a volume of 830 gross tonnage. Espen Øino International penned her exterior design, while her builder, Amels, took charge of the naval architecture, opting for steel for her hull and aluminium for her superstructure.

The fact that the client is stepping into the build process relatively early means we have been able to maximise the flexibility of the Limited Editions design platform allowing for a number of client customisations whilst still offering delivery in under 3 years, which is considered fast in current market conditions.”
She can accommodate up to 12 guests alongside her 13 crew, and can cruise comfortably at 13 knots deriving power from a hybrid engine.
