France-based builder <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/416" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocea (Company)">OCEA</a> has announced that the fourth hull in the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/416" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocea (Company)">OCEA</a> Commuter 108 yacht series is nearing completion. The 32.7-metre motor yacht has entered the final stages of construction in Les Sables-d’Olonne. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/272520/image/large-55ac3301d4b174db658fc91eecb2b58e.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/272520">The hull of the custom-made project was built in <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/416" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocea (Company)">OCEA</a>’s aluminium workshop in Fontenay-le-Comte, before being transferred in May 2022. The temperature is rigorously controlled for the resin to set, and her plastic film is filled with heated air to aid the process. The hull of the 60-metre superyacht Feadship 713 has been spotted in transit from the Feadship De Vries Group <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5058" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Scheepswerf Slob (Company)">Scheepswerf Slob</a> facility in Papendrecht near Rotterdam. Produced by UK-based Insensys, the system is based on three rotating carbon fibre masts capable of deploying up to 2,396 square-metres of sail. The first Amels Limited Editions 171 Deniki is progressing very well at the Amels shipyard in Vlissingen. Deniki is already afloat inside the building shed and delivery to her owner is scheduled for May 2007. The popular limited editions from Amels are designed by Tim Heywood. Besides Deniki three more 171 yachts are under construction and the construction of the first Limited Editions 212 should start soon. It’s still unknown when <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/25">Deniki</a> will be launched, but expect the first photos on SuperyachtTimes.com.
