According to the Financial Times, the deal is expected to exceed €1 billion.&nbsp;<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4262" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="D-Marin (Company)">D-Marin</a> operates 28 marinas across nine countries, with more than 14,300 berths, including over 1,000 dedicated superyacht berths.
