Ocean Drive have sold the 26 metre Arcadia motor yacht Solar, in an inhouse deal. The yacht was delivered in 2010, and has undergone a refit in 2014. Solar will be renamed Good Life, and will be made available for charter.
The yacht uses solar energy captured by photovoltaic panels installed on the roof of the vessel. To have a complete autonomic yacht at anchor, the photovoltaic panels recharge service batteries, which in turn power all basic services on the yacht, namely refrigeration, water pumps and lighting.
Good Life offers four guest cabins, including a spectacular owner’s cabin aft. The room is exceptionally large, and features a beautiful modern bathroom. A large VIP cabin forward is fitted with a double bed, and there are two more twin cabins.
