Ardell broker Jim Elliot announced the sale of two magnificent yachts; the Delta Life of Riley and the Westport Lady Diane. He represented the buyer in the sale of Life of Riley and both the buyer and seller in the sale of Lady Diane.
Life of Riley is one of the world's outstanding yachts and she has a range of 4000+ miles, all new systems and custom interior by Delta in 2002. She was purchased by a very knowledgeable yachtsman. Life of Riley is in magnificent condition, already cruising the west coast and waters of Mexico.
In 1997 Lady Diane completed a refit from stem to stern with rewarding results - she was the unanimous winner of the Showboats 1997 Best Refit Award.
Having previously represented the buyer in 1995 when he purchased her, Jim Elliot explained the Ardell commitment to clients saying "It was a real pleasure to represent the buyer at the time of original purchase and then again as the seller in this transaction".
