Design Unlimited has unveiled its proposed interior design of the 26.22-metre Arksen 85 yacht, the first explorer yacht of the three-part Arksen Series. With construction expected to get underway this summer, the Arksen 85 is due to be completed in 2021 by Wight Shipyard.Photo: ArksenWith practicality, adaptability and ethically sourced materials from sustainable resources central to the design, the Arksen 85 is suitable for private use, research purposes and can even serve as a media platform. Designed to operate in some of the most challenging regions on the planet, the modular cabin system enables varying layout configurations to suit the storage and utility needs of those who will live on board for long periods of time.

At the end of its life span, the Arksen 85 vessel can be repurposed, alongside much of the recyclable interior.
